My Story
After working as an actress, distribution manager and casting assistant, Pauline Mille has been
coaching actors since 2013.
Trained in communication and marketing, she created a method called IMP-ACT in 2022 to help
actors land more castings in line with their artistic personality and build an effective and lasting
network. In 2026, she set up a new training course, the ACTION Method, to enable actors to
activate the right levers on set and gain visibility.
In parallel with her activities with ASDA, she also works with the Singularist acting agency. Working
with this committed and inclusive agency allows her to stay in direct contact with a diversity of
talents and projects, enriching her perspective and approach.
