ON SET
COACHES

After preparing the actor for their part,  on set coaching requires great observation and listening skills, the coach must be discreet, but ever present. In case of changes in dialogue or action, the coach is there to deal with unforeseen problems, making sure the actor is ready to shoot. Their job is to reassure both the actor and director, respecting their individual roles. The coach may give adjustments, suggestions, inspirations, but not one definitive way to play the scene, that remains always the role of the director.
