CAREER COACHES

Career development coaching helps actors to reflex on and move forward in their career based on their individual goals and aspirations (? ) The coach provides them with an expert knowledge of the entertainment industry and of its particular advantages / disadvantages; he/she collaborates with the actors to define their specific and personalized plans of action in order to meet their short and/or long-term individual career goals. He/she then monitors regularly what is and is not working and determines how the actors can break through / overcome their challenges in their work and career.
