CAREER COACHES

Career development coaching helps actors to reflex on and move forward in their career based on their individual goals and aspirations. The coach provides them with an expert knowledge of the entertainment industry and of its particular advantages/disadvantages; he/she collaborates with the actors to define their specific and personalized plans of action in order to meet their short and/or long-term individual career goals. He/she then monitors regularly what is and is not working and determines how the actors can break through/overcome their challenges in their work and career.
